Update on the 2025 SCCT‼️

Date :7 December 2025

Start point and end point of race is at Saint Michaels Beach in the local South Coast

SCCT is CSA REGISTERED and calendar road race timed finish time,

all mountain bikes, road bikes as well as E bikes Welcome 🙏

A light complimentary breakfast will be provided to all cyclists by MD24 breakfast will be at the St Mikes Hotel lobby where you can also pick up your Race packs

race packs will be available from 4 to 6 am on race day

We are expected to have an excess of 140 stationed volunteers road traffic department Marshalls as well as police officers for clear visibility

We will also have en route a bicycle mechanic as well as paramedıc services

Most of the 45 km route will be on brand-new Tarred Road ,as many of you know that the Port Bridge is still under construction.
We have a deviation route in order, taking us under the toll via the Spillers warf Road / sugar mill road to then join back up to Rethman Drive/tweni,

AQUELLÉ TOUR DURBAN DISCOUNT

The final phase of discounted entries for the aQuellé Tour Durban in association with Cycle Lab will open next week, with early entrants able to get a 10% reduction in their entry fees. The second phase of discounted entries will run from Monday 24th November until Monday 1st December 2025.

Riders have the choice of four recreational road race distances – 28km, 42km, 68km and 96km – and the 100km Invitational race for individuals and the aQuellé CSA National Inter-Club Challenge. The 100km event is only for riders with CSA membership and racing licenses.

Entries will re-open at Entry Ninja at 8am on Monday 24th November. For more race info see www.tourdurban.co.za
