🥗 Power Bowl
High-Protein • Clean Carbs • Nutritious • Perfect Post-Workout
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked quinoa (or brown rice)
120g grilled chicken breast (or tofu for vegetarian option)
1 cup baby spinach or mixed greens
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ avocado, sliced
¼ cup grated carrots
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
How to Make It:
In a bowl, add your quinoa as the base.
Layer with grilled chicken, spinach, tomatoes, carrots, and avocado.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Add a pinch of salt & pepper — and enjoy!
