🧾 Bestanddele
4 koppies meel
1 koppie hawermout
1 koppie suiker
2 eiers
250 g botter (gesmelt)
1 koppie melk
2 eetlepels bakpoeier (baie belangrik!)
1 teelepel vanielje
Knippie sout

Voorverhit oond tot 180Β°C en smeer ’n bakpan goed.
Meng droΓ« bestanddele:
Meel, hawermout, suiker, bakpoeier en sout.
Meng nat bestanddele:
Eiers, melk, gesmelte botter en vanielje.
Meng saam:
Gooi nat mengsel by droΓ« mengsel en roer tot ’n sagte, effens taai deeg.
Druk in pan:
Druk eweredig uit (nie te dun nie β€” beskuit moet lekker dik wees).
Bak:
35–45 minute tot goudbruin en gaar.
Sny:
Laat effens afkoel en sny in blokkies of vingers.
Droog:
Sit terug in oond op 90–100Β°C vir Β±1–2 ure (deur effens oop) tot heeltemal droog en bros.
