As we wrap up 2025, we just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who’s supported us, trained with us, laughed with us, and trusted us this year. It’s been a big one, and we’re so grateful for this community. Time to hang up the reps and enjoy the festive break 🤍

A good stretch helps, but stretching alone won’t fix the issue… you’ve got to strengthen too 💪
