More and more governments are opting to decriminalise the sale of psilocybin as a result of undeniable positive medicinal research. The wealth of medicinal research now demonstrates that, far from being an immediate or long-term threat to the person taking it, there are various medicinal and psychological benefits to taking psilocybin, including in treating depression and addiction to habit-forming drugs, such as cocaine and nicotine. Our aim is to inform and provide information regarding the study of psilocybin as a therapeutic modality of healing, psychotherapy and self-exploration.

I didn’t become spiritual only through books or teachers. My spirituality was forged in my wild heart...in so much chaos, many mistakes, and breaking more times than I could count. Each time I break apart, I have to put myself back together, and so I come back different.

Sometimes it's within the chaos that we need to become more aware 🔥 to stop, to soften, to listen for what Spirit is asking of us beneath the noise. This is the alchemy ... the heartbreak becomes initiation, and chaos becomes a doorway.

Knowing that within every collapse lies the invitation to expand, to evolve and grow.

Let's talk about how hard it is to move out of the space of not feeling good enough. The process of finding the courage to stand in your truth, to share your gifts as they are - raw, imperfect, and real.

It’s not easy. For many of us, it’s deeply uncomfortable to say, “Here I am. These are my gifts”.

If you're unsure of where to step next, know that you are not alone. Most of us have felt that pang of unworthiness, that fear of not being enough. But you are enough. You always have been.

The first steps out of the comfort zone are the hardest, and then something softens. As you stand in your truth, as you dare to express the essence of who you are, you are not only healing yourself - you are healing your ancestors, your lineage, forwards and backwards through time.

Everything we do comes at a cost. It's not a monetary cost, it's an energetic cost.
Every thought, every yes, every action is an exchange of LIFE FORCE (prana) ✨ The cost of anything is the amount of life force you exchange for it.
Remember that your energy is your currency, and where you place it, you create your reality. So perhaps next time before making a decision, ask yourself, what is the cost? And is this cost worth my life force?
