Even though I had followed a keto lifestyle on and off for more than five years, hearing the words “you have cancer” changed everything.
It pushed me to recommit — fully and intentionally — and to embrace this way of eating as part of my healing journey, not just as a lifestyle choice.

Although I had followed a ketogenic lifestyle intermittently for years, a cancer diagnosis prompted a deeper, more intentional commitment.

Healing is multifactorial.
