Empowering Expectant Moms, One Class At A Time✨

Our Antenatal Class held at Botshilu Private Hospital on Saturday, 15 November 2025, was an incredible success. A heartfelt thank you to all the amazing moms-to-be who joined us, showed up with enthusiasm, and openly shared their experiences. Your energy, curiosity, and courage made the session truly special.

We’d also like to extend our deepest appreciation to our expert facilitators being our dietician, physiotherapist, midwife, and baby clinic specialist for guiding the session with so much knowledge, care, and passion. Your insights on pregnancy, birth, and newborn care empowered our mommies with confidence for the beautiful journey ahead.
