SETTING AND ACHIEVING YOUR GOALS

So 2017 is well under way and you have started your training but you feel like you adrift, if so its probably because you have not set SMART & ACHIEVEABLE fitness goals for yourself. Many people start training without giving much thought as to what they want to achieve, by when they want to achieve it and very importantly WHY are you wanting to achieve this.

The WHY is very important - have a good WHY and everything becomes clearer - your entire perspective on reality changes.

SO ESTABLISH YOUR WHY...... this week think about your WHY and set yourself your first goal to establish a GOOD & TRUE and WHY.

So think about;
WHY did it happen ?i.e. why did you fall, why did you let yourself go, why are you not feeling good....

WHY did you change your perspective on the event or life ?

WHY you want to change ?

WHY you need to change ?

WHY you are currently doing what your doing ?

WHY you failed to achieve your goals last time ?

WHY you will succeed this time ?

Get the idea ?.... SO lets get cracking and FIND YOUR WHY this week so next week we can move on and set your goals based on YOUR WHY
