The company was co-founded by Tshepiso Mpele, a BCom Economics and Econometrics graduate from the University of Johannesburg (UJ), and Mr Thobani Qoboshiane. The co-founders of the company are currently the only persons employed by the company; with Mr Qobosheane playing the role of Founding Director, and Mr Mpele playing the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). As a Human-Resources Development company, our target market is basically all persons (both natural and juristic). To ensure that our HRD services are effective and efficient, the company would need to measure human-capital endowments from a broader perspective, and measure it over the life course (from infancy to "adulthood"). To achieve this, the company will use a World Economic Forum- (WEF) adapted Human Capital Index, which composes of indicators that are diverse and can measure human capital endowments over the life course. In order to ensure that our HRD is inclusive of everyone, the company is structured in a way that is diverse and that is inclusive of everyone. The company is divided into two wings, namely the Research & Development wing, and the Investments wing. Both wings are divided into 3 categories that divide humans according to their age cohorts; namely Early Childhood Development, New Labour-Market Entrants, and Mature Labour Force. The categories each host 6 operational departments of the company; namely the Education Department, Health and Wellness Department, Psychology Department, Arts, Entertainment & Heritage Department, Safety and Infrastructure Department, and the Technology and Innovation Department.
The company basically aims to create inclusive Human-Resources Development (HRD) opportunities through building a network of persons with different skill sets, who will work inclusively to CREATE goods and services of commercial value,
Vision: To become global hub of human-resources development activities/opportunities. The co-founders have identified four main pain points that hinder the South African economy's growth and development prospects, and the pain points are;
1. Since 1994, policies that economically integrate the previously disadvantaged population have not been created, let alone implemented.
2. South Africa's economy is largely influenced by exogenous factors; for instance, a US Dollar appreciation against the Rand has significant implications for South Africans, This proves South Africa lacks economic identity.
3. The lack of human-resources development institutions such as multipurpose schools reinforces inequalities and gives opportunities only to the elite few.
4. Financial illiteracy, especially among the previously disadvantaged, traps growth and development. Solutions to the identified pain-points above will measure the company's success/impact in rendering inclusive HRD opportunities, and will also measure our progress towards achieving our vision and mission.
