Baraaqa Coaching & Empowerment Farah Manjoo is a Mental Health Professional, International Journey Practitioner, Personal Development, Youth & Family Coach & Educational Kinesiologist.

She empowers women and their families to become the best versions of themselves, unlocking their JOY! I empower women to become the best version of themselves, to build more self confidence, self love and self esteem. I also help kids who are struggling with emotional issues, family adjustments, low self esteem and poor academic performance to gain the confidence and belief in themselves to achieve the level of academic and personal potential that they desire, all while supporting their parents through this parenting journey, so that they can feel empowered to support their kids to reach their fullest potential. I am proudly South African. I am a wife, a mother of three, and a business owner who runs my own private practice – Baraaqa Coaching & Empowerment on the North Coast, KZN. I truly values education and believes that it is a source of a brighter future. I see myself as an eternal student and I continuously increasing my knowledge to become the best Empowerment Coach she can possibly be. Knowledge is light and applied knowledge is wisdom. I always dreamed of becoming a teacher one day. I felt it would be a great honour to nurture children and mould them into confident and responsible adults. I practised teaching for a few years, but knew in my heart that I had more to offer the world. That was until life took a complete turn for me in her career path. I decided to pursue a career as an Empowerment Coach when I had witnessed the profound difference that ‘The Journey’, Brain Gym and NLP Coaching had made in my life. I healed myself from depression through self mastery thus finding my authentic self, and achieved my true potential and purpose in life. I hold a Bachelor of Education degree and an honours degree in Psychology. I also acquired an International Accreditation in ‘The Journey’ with Brandon Bays, and I am a registered Brain Gym Practitioner and Master NLP Coach. I am currently furthering my studies in Psychology and hope to achieve a doctorate degree in Psychology in the near future. I love inspiring, motivating and empowering people to achieve their dream life and career. I can help you unlock your true potential, become the best version of yourself and flourish in every area of your life. I have already helped so many people live their dreams and achieve their desired level of success and fulfilment in life. Working with me, you are sure to attain a life transformational experience, gaining my full support. I am a warm, bubbly and friendly person that many people instantly feel comfortable with. I respect everyone’s way of life and I am non-judgmental in nature. I am passionate about living life to the fullest. In my free time, I love reading books, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, practicing yoga, mindful exercises, meditations and I love meeting new people from different cultures and walks of life.

This inner preparation before you start your busy day is so special because you get an opportunity to uplift yourself from the inside out!

I am loving the quiet moments at Tahajjud (Pre dawn prayer). At this time I pour back into myself and my soul feels full. 💜✨

I work students independently from Grade 1 upwards, all the way up to University level. The earlier I assist them with overcoming challenges, the faster they can nip these issues in the bud.

I have 13 years of experience working with children and teenagers, firstly at a school as an Educator and private tutor and then in 2016, I started my own private practice under Baraaqa.

My practice has evolved over the years with a wide variety of add on services. However, the main ethos of my work is to include a holistic perspective to children's therapy and to EMPOWER them with new skills that they can practice for life to further boost their mental and emotional growth. Thus gaining greater confidence and personal potential.

Good things come to those who wait..

No need for disappointment and frustration over not getting something in your timeline. The Almighty knows when it is best time to give you what you want in His timing, which is beyond your understanding.

Life has taught me to be patient and I know from experience that patience pays off. Whereas rushing the process is short lived gratification.

Have the strength to see your goals through even when it's hard and you feel like giving up.

Be patient and trust the process!

You will build a resilience to disappointments, comparisons and having expectations.

Patience is good for your soul because it keeps you humble and grateful.

People chase success blindly because that's the idea of success they bought into and have been conditioned with.

However, when they have achieved the thing they thought will make them feel successful, it's actually a disappointing anti climax. They actually feel unfulfilled and more like a failure than anything else. This is because this was not really their version of success, but what society defined success as.

Always stay true to yourself and your version of success. You will become content and feel fulfilled once you have attained it. The one who listens to their intuition and dares to be different is surely destined for success! 🙌⭐

My definition of success is to be an instrument for positive change and joy in this world. If I could touch the heart of one person a day and leave them in a better state than I left them, then this is success for me. ~ Stay active with a consistent exercise program. Movement stimulates the brain 🧠

~ Staying well-hydrated can help you maintain a stable and positive mood.

~ Sleep is your best therapy.

Sleep has been proven to improve memory recall, regulate metabolism, and reduce mental fatigue. A minimum of 7 hours of daily sleep is necessary for proper cognitive and behavioural function. A good night sleep also ensures you are functioning at higher levels of productivity and clarity.
