4. HISTORICAL PROFILE OF MANAGING DIRECTORS

MANAGING DIRECTOR : MRS V. SINGH
QUALIFICATIONS : B.A.LLB (UDW)

After completing her articles and subsequent admission she was a Professional Assistant for Attorneys Charles Pillai & Company. She then moved to the National Prosecuting Authority were she was appointed as a Prosecutrix. She was appointed as a Magistrate by the Department of Justice . After having gained experience from both the defence and the State side she resigned from Justice and commenced private practice. Mrs Singh has successfully litigated in the District, Regional, High Courts on both civil and criminal matters. She has also represented her clients at various bargaining councils - Arbitration and the Labour Court. Apart from litigating in these various forums Mrs Singh has served and is usually invited to serve in the Kwazulu-Natal High Court as Assessor. MANAGING DIRECTOR : SURAN SINGH
QUALIFICATIONS : BA; HDE; MA; LLB

Mr Singh initially served as an educator with a Master in Geography. He thereafter completed his LLB and was admitted as an Attorney in August 2010. Mr Singh specialises in High Court Criminal Cases and is a formidable force in court with an overwhelming success rate. The company is currently staffed with the following:
