We are looking forward to empowering more children through mindful movement that links breath and muscle engagement. A healthy body and mind is the recipe for success! ๐ช
What is Fun Fitness for Kids?
Dynamic strength building exercises for growing bodies, using fun props and modern fitness tools to unlock their strength, power and endurance.
Physical Health Benefits:
~ Great functional strength for young bodies
~ Builds a strong core and back muscles
~ Improves fitness levels & stamina
~ Works on balance & co-ordination
~ Improves posture & alignment
~ Helps manage weight & burn excess fat
~ Assists with stability & overall muscle strength
~ Enhances mobility & body awareness
~ Supports progress in sports performance
Mental Health Benefits:
~ Promotes mind-body connection
~ Improves concentration
~ Helps manage stress and fatigue
~ Improves mental focus & attention span
~ Deep breathing with each movement, helps one relax and manage anxiety and negative emotions
~ Boost confidence & self esteem, gaining a positive relationship with their bodies
Fun Fitness Classes are suited kids from 8 to 15 years - Girls Only!
All equipment & fitness items are provided.
1 hour sessions - small intimate groups:
Thursday @ 3:00pm
Saturday @ 9:30am
