Yesterday I turned 55. I am grateful for yesterday and for every day that I have lived thus far. Even more, today is a new day. I am 55 years and almost a full day older.

What is more important is that you got to hear about me. I am grateful that you could read this because it means your eyesight is still well, your mind is still spirited with intelligence and you are blessed!

Let me put you on ease: It is still well with my soul and today is definitely not as good as tomorrow would be!

God, our God, yours and mine, have been good to us! Let’s thank Him for 55 years and a bit of bottomless grace.
