Jennifer is an Occupational Therapist and Nutrition Network Practitioner (NNP) with nearly two decades of clinical experience in neurological rehabilitation, including stroke, brain injury, and complex neurological presentations. Based in Johannesburg, South Africa, she brings a deep, practical understanding of neurorehabilitation across diverse clinical contexts.

In recent years, Jennifer has developed a strong interest in ketogenic metabolic therapies (KMT) as an adjunct approach to support cognitive function, metabolic health, and neurological resilience. Her work sits at the intersection of neurology, metabolism, and emerging evidence-based interventions.

The Neurology Forum is designed as a supportive, engaging, and intellectually curious space for clinicians, coaches, and anyone interested in neurological and metabolic health. Discussions will explore intervention frameworks, case-based reasoning, mechanisms of neurological dysfunction, and the growing evidence for metabolic therapies in neurological care.

The Left has lost its way on whole foods— by shunning animal products, including milk and meat, while championing fake alternatives—the very ultraprocessed junk food they once attacked.

More Americans are waking up to the common-sense idea that our most nourishing foods are whole and ancestral, including meat. 🥩

An evolutionarily correct diet is an idea supported by rigorous science—and one on which the Berkeley hippies and MAHA moms ought to agree.
