It’s Movember 2025 – Let’s Talk Men’s Health

This November, we’re proud to support Men’s Health Awareness Month. This global movement shines a spotlight on critical issues affecting men, from prostate and testicular cancer to mental health and su***de prevention.

Movember is more than just moustaches. It's about starting conversations, challenging stigma, and encouraging men to prioritise their health - both physical and emotional. Whether you're growing a Mo, checking in on a friend, or booking that long-overdue health check, every action counts.

At Stellenbosch Hospice, we’re committed to supporting the holistic well-being of our community, including the men who are often reluctant to ask for help.

Let’s grow more than moustaches this month. Let’s grow awareness, compassion, and support.

Breast cancer doesn’t just affect women; men are also at risk. 🎗️

Though rare, male breast cancer is real and often goes undiagnosed until it's advanced. This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Stellenbosch Hospice is helping break the stigma and raise awareness: if you notice a lump, swelling, or changes in your chest area, speak to your doctor.

Early detection saves lives, no matter your gender.
