Oupa Jan, an eccentric bloke with years of biltong experience from deep within the Kalahari - loves delivering value for money to meat lovers country wide,and is using his secret family recipe to produce traditional, healthy tastes. Because it's so yummy (and specialised) the pricing of the WOW Biltong is based on the weight of its FRESH ingredients, meat and spices. WOW biltong's main attraction to WOW Friends are the fact that it is extremely dry - not for wet-meat biltong lovers - but still tasty and crisp.
