This week at Jolly Tots Kinderkinetics, we explored the power of hanging, catching, and crossing midline!
These playful activities build upper body strength, grip control, and bilateral coordination (the ability to use both sides of the body together).
This skill is essential for everyday tasks like dressing, cutting with scissors, catching balls, and handwriting.
At home, encourage hanging on a jungle gym, gentle swinging, or simple throwing and catching games to strengthen your little one’s focus and coordination.
