At Homeleigh Nursing Services, care is personal. We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at our facility in Somerset West.

This is a permanent position with shift work, where you’ll be part of a team that truly values kindness, dignity, and whole-person care.

What matters to us:
You are registered with SANC as a Professional Nurse
You lead with empathy and treat every resident with respect
You are confident in your clinical skills and decision-making
Experience in frail care, sub-acute or geriatric care is beneficial
You are comfortable working shifts and being part of a team

As 2025 draws to a close, we pause to reflect on a year filled with both challenge and meaning.

To our clients and families: thank you for trusting Homeleigh with your care, your homes, and your loved ones. It is a responsibility we carry with great respect. Walking alongside you—through recovery, change, and often uncertainty—has been an honour.

To our staff: your compassion, resilience, and professionalism have been the backbone of everything we do. Whether providing hands-on care, coordinating services, or supporting operations behind the scenes, your commitment has not gone unnoticed. We are sincerely grateful for each of you.

We also take a moment to honour those we have lost this year—clients and residents who were part of the Homeleigh family and whose lives touched our team in meaningful ways. We remember them with respect, gratitude, and care.
