The Snake reminds us to soften, shed, and listen —
to let go of what no longer fits.
The Horse invites us forward —
into movement, momentum, vitality and freedom.

This Nia class is an invitation
to arrive as you are,
to feel your way into what’s next,
and to begin the year connected, alive, and in motion.
