That’s a wrap! *xualhealth is officially closed and we are on holiday!

Thank you to every patient who trusted us with their health in 2026 and for every purchase from the MSH Shop, every course completed and every meeting or webinar attended. It has been an honour for me to be a part a of so many sacred, beautiful and exciting journeys. Also the painful and difficult ones.

I look forward to serving you with my passion on full fire again in 2026! ❤️

When the .meyer.author comes out, the holiday has kicked off! I have to head back to the practice for 3 days later this week - I hope Bennie Griessel catches the bad guys before Wednesday! 😬

PROTEA:
I once was married to a Protea cricket player for ten years. I have now been married to Johann for ten years. He proposed with a huge bunch of proteas and we got married with proteas everywhere. I walk a few minutes from my home where they grow abundantly in their natural habitat. The only habitat in the world where they do. Where they belong. Free and wild and breathtakingly beautiful.

UTERUS
I had ten fertility treatments, one miscarriage, two miracle babies and a hysterectomy. At midnight on my 40th birthday I was admitted to hospital because I was bleeding so severely and I lost my uterus shortly after that. Despite desperately desiring another baby.
..and my day job happens to to hinge pretty pertinently on things revolving around these organs. The hormones, the pleasure and the pain they produce. I love dealing with them and the people they belong to.

Here they stand in juxtaposition and also in harmony. The pain and the pleasure. The hurt and the healing. The grace and the gratitude.
