During Easter holidays I was instructed to arrive with my therapy bed, I happily obliged.
This family member is strong and highly active, and gives her whole heart and soul (and body), she does not hold back, so this body was in need of some loving TLC.
Rather than forcing a local release, the session focused on global patterns — spine, jaw, neck, and nervous system regulation. I even did some light hair pulling, glorious for the scalp fascia.
Once the system down-regulated, the diaphragm became accessible and functional again.
When the diaphragm is restricted, it impacts breathing efficiency, tension patterns, and can contribute to headaches and migraines.
This is the difference between chasing symptoms and restoring function.
