✅ Mini festive protein quiches with mushrooms & cheese
Ingredients (6-8 mini quiches)
• 4 c. Protein Preparation for Soup Herbalife Cooking
• 3 eggs
• 150 ml of milk (or vegetable drink)
• 100 g mushrooms (fresh or frozen)
• 60 g of grated cheese (emmental, county or light)
• Sel, poivre
• Nutmeg or herbs of Provence
• 1 c. at olive oil coffee
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Repeat the mushrooms in a pan with oil until water evaporates.
3. In a salad bowl, mixing :
• the eggs
• milk
• protein preparation
• salt, pepper, nutmeg/herbs
4. Add the mushrooms and cheese.
5. Pour into muffin molds (ideal silicone).
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
7. Let it cool before it unmolds ✨
