Staying active over the holidays is important to keep your body strong, flexible, and full of energy 💪

Here are 4 easy ways to move your body, no matter where you are this December:

1️⃣ Roll out your pilates mat for gentle stretches or a quick mobility routine.

2️⃣ Go for a walk in your neighbourhood, on the beach, or in nature.

3️⃣ Try doing calf raises while brushing your teeth, shoulder rolls, or standing stretches.

4️⃣ Do a couple of wall push-ups or sit-to-stands anytime you have a minute.
