• Tight neck joints & muscles
• Sprained neck muscles
• Whiplash or past neck injury

Feeling stiff at your desk? Stretch it out with these 3 simple moves 💪

1️⃣ Chest Opener: Clasp your hands behind your back, gently lift your chest, and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Hold 20-30 seconds.

2️⃣ Seated Twist: Sit tall and gently twist your upper body to one side, keeping your shoulders relaxed. Hold for 10 seconds, then switch sides.

3️⃣ Hip Stretch: Step one foot forward, keep your chest tall, and gently lean into your hips. Hold 20-30 seconds on each side.

Try these easy tips:

1️⃣ Sit all the way back in your chair and let the backrest support you.

2️⃣ Keep your screen at eye level and avoid looking down at your laptop.

3️⃣ Keep your feet flat on the floor, no tiptoes or crossed legs.

4️⃣ Relax those shoulders!

5️⃣ Stand up, stretch, and walk around every 30-60 minutes.
