💛 Understanding the Sizes of Anxiety 💛

At Helping Hands Occupational Therapy, we teach that anxiety comes in different sizes — and that’s okay.

🟢 Small anxiety: little worries we can handle with quick calming tools.
🟡 Medium anxiety: bigger feelings that need extra support.
🔴 Big anxiety: overwhelming moments when we need comfort and guidance.

Recognizing the size of our feelings helps us choose the right strategies to feel safe and in control. 💕
