🚦 TTS SUDI – Road Safety Campaign at Thabazimbi Traffic Circle 🚦

The festive season has officially begun, and many people are already on the roads travelling to be with loved ones. Today, TTS SUDI conducted a Road Safety Campaign at the Thabazimbi Traffic Circle to remind our community that safety starts with each one of us.

✨ We urge all motorists:
• Do NOT drink and drive
• Do NOT text and drive
• Stay alert and protect your passengers

🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ To all pedestrians, please remember:
• Do NOT drink and walk – your safety matters.

Let’s all commit to a responsible and accident-free festive season. Your life and the lives of others depend on the choices you make on the road.

📢 Door-to-Door Awareness Campaign | Smash Block

Today, the TTS SUDI team conducted a door-to-door campaign in Smash Block, engaging directly with community members to raise awareness on Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and to strengthen our collective voice during the 16 Days of Activism for No Violence Against Women and Children (GBV-F).

Our goal was to share information, offer support, and encourage families to seek help early. We are truly grateful for the warm reception and meaningful conversations we had with residents who are committed to building a safer, healthier community.

Today, TTS SUDI hosted a successful community exhibition at Pick n Pay Thabazimbi, engaging shoppers and families on two key focus areas:
✨ Substance Use Disorder (SUD) awareness during the festive season
✨ 16 Days of Activism Against GBVF

Our team interacted with community members, shared educational materials, and encouraged safer, healthier choices—especially during this high-risk time of year. We also highlighted the importance of standing together to protect women, children, and vulnerable groups.
