The holiday season can be harsh on your skin, but with a few simple tips, you can keep it looking and feeling its best!
Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated.
Use a rich moisturizer to lock in moisture and protect your skin from the elements.
Don't forget to wear SPF, even on cloudy days! Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30 to protect your skin from UV damage. β
Exfoliate once or twice a week to remove dead skin cells and help your skin absorb products better. Use a gentle exfoliating scrub or a chemical exfoliant containing alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) or beta-hydroxy acids (BHAs).
Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep per night to help your skin regenerate and repair itself.
Fuel your skin with a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Foods high in omega-3 fatty acids, such as salmon and walnuts, can also help support skin health.
By following these simple tips, you can keep your skin looking and feeling its best all holiday season long! π
