Considering World Back Care week is around the corner (even though we don’t need a world “holiday” to remember 🤭) here’s a reminder for YOU to take care of yourself!

So to get you started here’s a few tips to keep in mind:

💪 Stretch Regularly: Take frequent stretch breaks, especially if you sit for long periods. Gentle stretches for your back, neck, and shoulders can prevent stiffness.
💪 Stay Active: Regular exercise, like walking or swimming, strengthens your core and back muscles, providing better support for your spine.
💪 Lift Correctly: Always lift with your legs, not your back. Bend your knees and keep the object close to your body.
💪 Support Your Sleep: Sleep on a firm mattress and use a pillow that supports your neck's natural curve.
