🔥 BACK WORKOUT FOR STRENGTH & POSTURE

A strong back is the foundation of a powerful body.
Train it with control and intention.

Back Training Routine:

• Deadlift – build total posterior strength
• Pull-Up – develop width and upper back power
• Bent Over Row – thickness and mid-back strength
• Single Arm Row – balance and deep muscle activation
• Face Pulls – shoulder health and posture
• Lat Pulldown – target the lats for a wider back

💡 Training Tips

• Focus on squeezing the back muscles
• Control every rep
• Avoid using momentum

Protein can help reduce muscle breakdown and support energy during training.

After Workout:
This is the most important time - your muscles need protein to recover and grow.

Best Tip:
Try to consume protein within 30–60 minutes after your workout.

The truth is both can help, but post-workout protein is key for recovery and muscle growth.

After training, your muscles need the right fuel to repair and come back stronger. 💪
