🔥 BACK WORKOUT FOR STRENGTH & POSTURE

A strong back is the foundation of a powerful body.
Train it with control and intention.

Back Training Routine:

• Deadlift – build total posterior strength
• Pull-Up – develop width and upper back power
• Bent Over Row – thickness and mid-back strength
• Single Arm Row – balance and deep muscle activation
• Face Pulls – shoulder health and posture
• Lat Pulldown – target the lats for a wider back

• Focus on squeezing the back muscles
