To our new followers 💜 Empowering health, enriching lives: CHoiCe Trust, nurturing communities since 1997.

CHoiCe Trust was established in 1997 to promote health services to farm workers in Limpopo Province. The organisation soon expanded to support the health needs of rural community members through the provision of health trainings and mentoring to community carers.

From this basis in home-based care, CHoiCe Trust grew in its mission to provide more holistically for the health needs of beneficiary households; this included introducing a programme focused on the rights and vulnerabilities of children, the needs of farm workers, the training and mentorship requirements of community-based organisations and community care and health workers, the health concerns of patients and their family members, and promotion of HIV prevention, care and support.

CHoiCe is dedicated to uplifting rural communities by fostering resilience and promoting overall wellbeing. Through sustainable, impactful interventions, we passionately develop beneficiaries, creating increased capacity and opportunities for improved physical, emotional, and psychological health.

CHoiCe focuses on the health and development needs of communities in Limpopo Province, South Africa. With its head office located in Tzaneen town, Mopani District, we also implement programmes in Vhembe District and Capricorn Districts.
