We are passionate about helping you to achieve a healthy, clear and youthful looking skin. We offer services in medical dermatology looking at conditions such as acne , hair loss, pigmentation, psoriasis, eczema and infections among others. With the skin cancer incidence on the rise we also offer thorough skin cancer screening and excision of minor lesions, As Prevention is better that cure. We offer skin care for the entire family. Our rooms are situated in an easily accessible and wheelchair friendly medical centre opposite the Umhlanga hospital, in very close proximity to the Gateway shopping centre. There is plenty of onsite parking and security.

Some things I really wish I started earlier for my skin… like regular microneedling, daily sunscreen and actually reapplying it, even when it’s cloudy and seeking professional help early ✨

☀️ Summer’s here, but for my eczema warriors it’s not always fun in the sun. Heat, sweat, and chlorine can make things tricky… but a few mindful steps can go a long way 🩷

Here are my go-to summer eczema tips:
💧 Keep your showers short with lukewarm water (not hot please!)
🏊‍♀️ Apply a barrier cream before swimming, and rinse off chlorine right after
🧴 Use gentle, fragrance-free cleansers
🌸 Moisturize with ceramide-rich creams to help strengthen your skin barrier
💦 Keep a thermal spray handy to calm flare-ups and reduce the itch

And most importantly, know when your eczema needs expert care. If your usual routine stops working, don’t wait for things to worsen. Book a consult before infection or inflammation set in 💌
