Year-End Reflection
As the year turns, there’s often pressure to decide who you’ll become next.
To list goals. Fix habits. Rewrite yourself.
But intention doesn’t always need a checklist.
Instead of resolutions, consider choosing one word to guide the year ahead.
Not a demand — a direction.
Not something to achieve — something to return to.
A word that reflects how you want to BE:
how you want to move through hard days,
how you want to show up in relationships,
how you want to speak to yourself when things don’t go to plan.
Your word might be *softness*, *steadiness*, *courage*, *rest*, *honesty*, *trust*.
There’s no right choice — only what resonates quietly inside you.
Let it be a lens, not a rule.
Something to come back to when the noise gets loud.
As this year closes, ask yourself gently:
What word do I want to carry with me — and why?
That’s enough intention for now.
