Wholesome meets indulgent. 🥦🦪 Broccoli bread slices topped with cheese and Blue Ocean Mussels - a light, nutrient-packed snack.
Ingredients:
- 250 g broccoli (finely chopped or grated)
- 3 eggs
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup cake flour
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Scoop the thick mixture into a greased loaf pan.
3. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes, or until golden on top.
4. Optional: sprinkle pumpkin or sunflower seeds over the top before baking for extra crunch.
Enjoy warm with butter, cheese, and mussels on top. 🦪✨
