Zilisimenye Elderly Home We are a 24 hours residential care home for older persons 60 years and above, we provide basic healthcare and we liaise with local clinics and local hospitals.

We provide fresh meals daily for our residents, assisted living services for elderly persons.

Looking back to an amazing fundraiser this past weekend!

Our High Tea celebration raised funds for our beneficiaries as they enjoyed the treats of the day. A heartfelt thank you to our donors, families, staff and the local community who came together to honour our elderly. Our guest speaker for the day, Former Mayor of Emfuleni Mrs. Dikeledi Tsotetsi reminded us that our elderly are the caregivers of yesterday and tomorrow we will be the elderly in need of care.

What a lovely celebration and we look forward to hosting many more.

Zilisimenye Elderly Home has been blessed with so much generosity this Christmas season.

We were fortunate to be blessed with an amazing lunch from Aunty Janet, Mr.Richard, Cleo Basson and family and friends. They generously visited our elderly and prepared delicious lunch and snacks for them and handed out gifts.

Joy, laughter, and gratitude filled the air today!

Our residents from Zilisimenye Elderly Home spent a wonderful day at Family Fun Beach where they were lovingly cared for and enjoyed precious time with our team and their families. 🌊💙

As Christmas draws near, we are truly blessed 🎁. A huge thank you to Oprah from the AL Foundation for generously gifting this unforgettable experience to our residents. We’re also deeply grateful to Diane Holmes for hosting us and to Jenny from Book of Acts ministries for playing such a big part in making the day sparkle with success.

It was a day of sunshine, smiles, and festive spirit — one we’ll cherish as we step into the holiday season. 🌟❤️

Spent a great day with the families of our elderly. A big thank you to each and every family member who made today so special. From the beautiful coordinated traditional outfits to the potluck of delicious South African food made with so much love, today was truly about what unites us.
