20 kg down.
But more importantly? She smashed her non-scale goals!

When we started, her body felt sore, heavy, and movement wasn’t part of her routine.
Now? She runs 5 km daily and 10 km over weekends. 🏃🏽‍♀️🔥

Here’s your gentle reminder from your favourite dietitians:
💡 Your body doesn’t metabolise “calories” — it metabolises nutrients.

400 calories of protein + fibre + micronutrients =
✔️ Better satiety hormones (GLP-1, PYY)
✔️ Stable blood sugar
✔️ Fewer cravings later
✔️ More muscle preservation

400 calories of ultra-processed snack foods =
❌ Quick spike

Lower-cal cocktails don’t mean lower-fun.
They mean:
✨ Fewer sugar spikes & crashes
✨ Less next-day regret
✨ More control over your choices

Remember:
Alcohol still contains calories (around 7 kcal p/gram 👀) So it’s not about “zero calories”… it’s about smart swaps.
