Please cancel appointments at least 4hours prior to the appointment. Appointments not cancelled on time will be charged in full for your account! MISSED APPOINTMENTS WILL BE FULLY BILLED FOR YOUR ACCOUNT! Specialist appointments are required to be cancelled 24h prior in most settings.

Make sure of YOUR own medical aid rules when making appointments.
Allow sufficient time for travel and ESPECIALLY parking.

Do not be rude to staff - this will NOT be tolerated.
