Our emergency unit doesn’t work on a first-come, first-served basis. We use a triage coding system to make sure every patient gets the right care at the right time. Patients are color coded according to their condition:

• Red: Immediate attention
• Orange: Seen within 10 minutes
• Yellow: Seen within 1 hour of arrival
• Green: May wait longer if more serious cases arrive.

The system helps us prioritise critical emergencies and keep our patients safe because patient-centered care is our passion.
