MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
BOKOMO ROAD,MALMSBURY.

West Coast Medical Rescue is currently on scene at a collision involving two vehicles on Bokomo road,Malmesbury.

Reports from scene indicate only minor injuries sustained on scene.

Swartland Fire and Rescue in attendance.

SALDANHA ROAD CLOSE TO BUILDERS WAREHOUSE.
VREDENBURG

West Coast Medical Rescue is currently on scene at a collision on Saldanha road at the intersection of Builders warehouse.

No injuries reported on scene however one lane obstructed.

Please approach with caution.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
R45 OUTSIDE MALMESBURY
DIRECTION HOPEFIELD.

West Coast Medical Rescue responded to reports of a collision involving a light motor vehicle and a truck on the R45 direction Hopefield just outside Malmesbury.

Reports from Scene indicate a Light motor vehicle collided with a truck.

One patient was treated on scene and will be transported to a nearby hospital for further care.

One lane obstructed

HOUSE FIRE.
ESPERIA, VREDENBURG.

This morning West Coast Medical Rescue Responded to reports of a house fire in Vredenburg.

En route Saldanha Bay Fire Services were activated. Upon arrival it was established the house was fully engulfed in flames. One child was found lying on the driveway with obvious smoke inhalation and was in a serious condition.

West Coast Medical Rescue paramedics assessed and treated the child on scene before transporting the child to a nearby hospital for urgent care.

We would like to applaud the neighbor who did not think twice to enter the burning house to save the child who was still in the house.

The fire was brought under control quickly by Saldanha Bay Fire Services.

The cause of the fire remains unclear.

We keep the family who lost all their belongings in our thoughts and anyone who would like to donate anything can getvin touch with Esperia Neighbourhood watch.

The scene was handed over to SAPS

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT
MAIN ROAD
ST HELENA BAY.

West Coast Medical Rescue and Metro Rescue responded to reports of a collision on St Helena Bay main road at Total Garage.

Reports from scene indicate one person was treated and transported to hospital with moderate injuries.

Two lanes are obstructed please approach with caution.

TAKING HANDS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PATIENT.

This Morning West Coast Medical Rescue assisted Netcare911 Specialized Aeromedical Helicopter to transfer a Critically ill patient to a Specialized trauma Hospital in Cape Town.

We would like to wish the patient a speedy recovery and thank you to Life West Coast Private Hospital and Netcare911 HEMS for the great teamwork to move this very sick patient in a safe manner.

MASS CASUALTY INCIDENT.
N7 PIKETBERG.

On Friday afternoon West Coast Medical Rescue responded to reports of a truck carrying people overturned on the N7.

Upon arrival Metro EMS Rescue was busy with rescue efforts to free patients who were trapped under the wreckage.

More than 35 patients were treated on scene and transported to hospital with Minor to critical injuries. One patient was airlifted by Western cape goverment health AMS Helicopter to Cape town whilst 3 other patients were transported in Critical condition by West Coast Medical Rescue road ambulances under Advanced Life Support care.

Metro EMS transported multiple other patients to different hospitals in the area.

Thank you to Metro EMS and Metro Rescue aswell as Bergrevier Fire and Rescue for great teamwork and collaboration on scene.

PERSON FALLS INTO MANHOLE
WITTEKLIP, VREDENBURG.

This afternoon West Coast Medical Rescue responded to reports of a person that fell into an open storm water drain in Witteklip,Vredenburg.

Upon arrival medics and Metro EMS Rescue assessed one adult male patient who only sustained minor injuries.

The patient was taken to a nearby Hospital for medical observation.

Thank you to Metro EMS Rescue and Saldanha Bay Municipality FIRE AND RESCUE SERVICES for swift response and assistance on scene

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT.
SALDANHA ROAD.
VREDENBURG.

This afternoon West Coast Medical Rescue ,Metro EMS and Saldanha Bay Fire Services responded to reports of a serious collision involving a Taxi and Light motor vehicle.

Upon arrival medics assessed and treated a total of 13 patients for injuries ranging from minor to moderate before transporting all patients to a nearby hospital for further care.

MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT
R45 OUTSIDE MALMESBURY DIRECTION HOPEFIELD.

Earlier today West Coast Medical Rescue responded to reports of a vehicle that left the roadway and overturned on the R45 just outside Malmesbury direction Hopefield.

Four patients were assessed on scene for minor injuries.
