Love this π«Άπ»π«Άπ»π«Άπ»
Nothing against Ozempic, it is great when properly prescribed and used, but it is not the be-all-and-end-all.
Diet and exercise remain the cornerstone ππ»
Many research papers have come out with suggested alternatives to the GLP-1 receptor agonist weight loss drug, called Ozempic.β¨
These suggestions include Berberine, quinine, pearled barley, oat bran etc.
Sadly, none of the papers YET show ANY decent results, at all. π£
Except ONE THING: π
EXERCISE!!! πββοΈ ππΏββοΈ
Exercise has shown a measurable and effective GLP1 modulation, regardless of whether the exercise is high intensity OR moderate intensity. π
Both types of exercise released the same effect, comparable to Ozempic. π
Any possible side effects of exercise? π₯Ί
A great mood, toned body, decreased risk of cardiovascular disease, higher metabolism, prevention of diabetes, weight loss.
No sign of thyroid cancer riskβ¦
Hmmm. The choice is yours. π€
And, this natural Ozempic action, coupled with a good diet to retain muscle mass, keep metabolism high and prevent cravings, works symbiotically to get you into the best shape youβve ever been in! πβ¨
