In a time where we should be more connected than ever, we aren't, and judgement becomes a real thing when we struggle with anxiety, competition and imposter syndrome.
The thing is, judgement is a lower vibrational experience. It triggers disconnect and disharmony and when we need it the most, it separates us from who we truly are.
A trick that I have learnt is to watch it go. Sort of like a trickle (or a gush depending ...) and then to recalibrate and hit that pause. It's not always easy to do because our brain wants to find a place for everything.
Pause and breathe and thank and release. It gets easier so give it a try and always remember that you have been created as a perfect being. It's you that stands in the way of that truth.
