COVID-19 Update / 28/04/2020
Please see the strict guidelines as set below.

Vorster Optometrists will be open as from the 4th of May for Services.
For the protection of our staff and patients we will be adjusting our normal protocols to minimise contact and adhere to Government guidelines.

Please contact Juliana on 060 719 1396 if you want to book an appointment for the 4th of May.
As from the 4th of may contact us on 057-3571381 for an appointment.
Please note that we will only work on appointments. If you have an appointment, please do not bring additional people to the practice. Should a child be the patient (and not be able to see an optometrist alone), only one parent will be allowed with the child.
Please do not enter the practice before your appointment starts. We need to minimize the amount of people in the practice, and we need to disinfect as far as possible before it is your turn to see an optometrist.
Hand washing will be conducted before and after all patients are seen. Sanitizer will be made available for patients to disinfect their hands.All equipment, surfaces and frames will be disinfected before and after use.Should you feel ill, please reschedule your appointment.All customers will need to come in with their own face mask. This is to protect staff as well as our patients.Social distancing needs to be practiced at all times.If you start developing symptoms or test positive for COVID-19 after you have visited the practice, please contact us as soon as possible (this is again to prevent spread of the virus and to protect our staff).If you have spectacles or contact lenses on order, please call to arrange an appointment for collection.
