Dear friends, I am about to close my account on all platforms as well as my website so I want to thank you for your ”likes” and happy comments over the years, they made it all worthwhile 🫶

I do not know where this years sabbatical will lead, but the pause feels needed and aligned. My private space will remain open …

So again thank you for being part of my journey I wish you an inspiring and authentic 2026 - may it be less about arriving and more about being present in every step 🙏

Why not try something different? Instead of reaching for that drink, that smoke, or hiding beneath the covers—stay with it. Don’t rush to soothe it with food or outrun it with distractions. Let yourself be like the moon, gently pulling the tides of your emotions. Sit with what you feel, allow it to rise and fall within you, knowing that just like the moon, your light will return even in the darkest of nights. Trust in the process—feeling it fully is the path to finding your own peace. 🌺
