Body Pilates Nicola teaches online classes, group classes, small groups at home or private lessons in Pilates. Sh Nicola teaches online and in person pilates classes.

Pilates will help relieve backache, tone your whole body, reduce stress and improve your posture. It will also strengthen your abdominals and back muscles which are known as your core. A strong core gives you a flatter stomach, reduces back and neck problems (helping reduce headaches), and improves balance. Nicola's pilates classes are fun, informative and give great results. They are kept small so she can give each student individual attention to help you gain the most benefit from the exercises. Nicola teaches classes of all different levels from beginners to advanced.
