Today is Christmas Day at Providence Rest Home majority of residents go to families today. A few stay at Providence and many families come to lunch for a small charge. Today's menu was
Salmon Mousse
Roast Turkey, Roast potatoes and butternut, rice, broccoli and gravy.
Christmas pudding with Brandy
Ice Cream and chocolate sauce.
Everyone enjoyed their meal.

What a lovely surprise we had at Providence during lunch time when Elizabeth Harrison and her mom and her Labrador puppy visited. Elizabeth had made biscuits for all our residents. A very big thank you Elizabeth for your thoughtfulness towards our residents. Very much appreciated.
