🟣 16 DAYS OF ACTIVISM AGAINST GENDER BASED VIOLENCE

NSP Occupational Therapy Services stands united against all forms of GBV.
Gender-Based Violence is any harmful act directed at a person based on their gender. It includes physical, emotional, sexual, and economic abuse affecting millions, especially women and children.

Speak out when you witness abuse, educate yourself and others about healthy relationships, break the silence , report early warning signs and
support survivors with empathy not judgment.

Remedies & Support:
Seek medical care and counselling immediately.
Report incidents to SAPS, trusted community structures or reach out to GBV helplines and safe shelters. Document evidence and speak to professionals.
Remember; You are not alone and help is available.

Together, let’s break the cycle of violence and build communities where everyone feels safe, valued, and protected.

Do not apologise for your brilliance. Lead boldly, stand firmly, and walk confidently into the rooms you once prayed for.

As we move forward, I commit to expanding our impact through innovation, through job creation, and through every platform that allows us to uplift communities, empower women, and transform lives.
