The start of 2025 brings me to an ending of my Colon Hydrotherapy career. It has been 9 years of growth and awareness in the area of wellness. I have immense gratitude to the wonderful people I met and supported through their health journeys.
The most important teaching I took from this experience is this: Our bodies are an invaluable aspect of this life experience. To be able to take care of our body to the best of our abilities within the circumstances that we exist in, is part of the life experience. In life, we will go through times of falling down, pushing through, picking ourselves up through the many evolutions. The human body, in its design, is incredible.

I have always advocated that the path of healing is the blending of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
My vocation continues, strengthened with the deeper understandings of my experiences.

Yesterday afternoon I was watching the sunset whilst there was a break in the stormy weather.
The golden colours captured the heart of my little business Sprout It, that has continued to shine over these 14 years.

~ Kombucha as a beverage is a sparkling gut friendly beverage, containing several species of lactic acid bacteria. This bacteria acts as a probiotic function in the body. Probiotics provide the gut with healthy bacteria, subsequently improving many health aspects, such as digestion and inflammation. Our flavours are fresh or dried, adding that enhancement to tickle the taste buds.
Our flavours include: Plain, Rosehip, Ginger, Hibiscus and Activated Charcoals.

~ All of our flavours are available in 750ml and 250ml bottles. Our products can be found at the Mushroom Farm and Greenheart Organics. ~

~ Kefir is a fermented milk drink that is made by using kefir grains in milk. Kefir has a tangy, acidic taste. The grains are white and gelatinous in texture. Traditional lefir uses cow, ewe or buffalo milk. The complexity and diversity of healthy bacteria’s in kefir, that support the intestinal immune system, has far reaching benefits. From kefir dairy, you can get whey and a tangy cottage cheese. Its great for skin care as a face mask. Add kefir when making your white sauce - it adds to the cheesy taste. Add blueberries to your morning glass of kefir. ~

~ Ingredients: Lemons, ginger, turmeric, black pepper and salt brine.

~ Fermentation: Lacto-fermentation or Lactic acid fermentation involves submerging vegetables in a brine solution (salt water). The zingy falvours of this ferment is great for Salad dressing/marinades and added to a rice/quinoa dish. The fresh flavours clean the palette. If your immune is feeling low, have a teaspoon with a little honey to boost yourself. ~
