Pilates and Yoga on the Avenue

Pilates and Yoga on the Avenue Pilates will improve mental focus, reduce stress and improve your sense of well being. It is for anyone and everyone. Yoga is both spiritual and physical.

Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. Improves health and happiness. Pilates develops a strong core (centre of the body). The core consists of deep abdominal and pelvic muscles along with the muscles closest to the spine. In conventional exercise weak muscles tend to get weaker and strong muscles stronger which would eventually lead to injury.

Although this soundbath is already full. Why not book for my next one on the 11 October.

I use the gong - a very powerful vibrational tool to bring deep relaxation and soul connection.

This from my Gong teacher

Many people carry silent pain.

The feeling of not being enough, of not being truly seen or valued.

That pain closes the heart and blocks the flow of life.
It shows up as tension, anxiety, disconnection.
But here’s the truth: pain is not the end of the story.
It’s an invitation. An invitation to stop running from it… and to listen.

To bring compassion to yourself.

To choose practices that reopen the heart through stillness, through breath, through sound.

When you turn towards your pain with love, it no longer defines you, it transforms you.

You weren’t born feeling guilty for resting.
You were trained to believe silence is a waste.

But the truth is simple:
your value isn’t measured by output.
Your presence is already enough.

And sound is a way of remembering that
not because it’s magic,
but because it’s real.

Our Story

Pilates develops a strong core (centre of the body). The core consists of deep abdominal and pelvic muscles along with the muscles closest to the spine. In conventional exercise weak muscles tend to get weaker and strong muscles stronger which would eventually lead to injury.

Tri Yoga, the art and science of yogaflow®, is the dynamic, meditative trinity of asana, pranayama and mudra. Prana-inspired and systematically introduced, Tri Yoga unites breath and mudra with flowing and sustained postures. It has the inherent qualities of rhythmic pacing, relaxation-in-action, wavelike spinal movements and economy of motion. Students can remain with Basics (108 posture sequences) or continue to Level 1 and subsequent levels. Within each level, students develop precise natural alignment, strength, flexibility, endurance and a longer, more rhythmic breath. When the movement of body, breath and mudra harmonize, the inner flow of prana is experienced. Kali Ray founder
