January offers a gentle opportunity to let go of the busy season and begin the year feeling calmer and more grounded.
These are guided nature walks, slow and with care, designed to help you slow down, reset your nervous system, and reconnect through breath, gentle walking, and simple sensory awareness in nature.

• 1-hour walk – R150
