Our very famous:
- green tea hot water
- pinch himalayan salt
- tumeric
- lemon

is a great anti inflammatory for the body. I try have one once a day.

Yesterday doing some research I discovered. Black pepper can increase the absorption of turmeric by over 50%. That would probably taste terrible in the drink (not that it tastes great already) but perhaps having a pinch of pepper before the drink might be a good idea. Give it a try.
