Location: 100% Field-Based (Lusaka)
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission+ Vehicle & Fuel Allowance

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆:
Yumi Super Cereal is 100% natural, fortified with essential micronutrients, and backed by a fiercely loyal customer base. We win on premium taste, high-quality ingredients, and undeniable nutritional value. The market already knows and loves Yumi. Your mandate is to convert this existing brand equity into aggressive market pe*******on. You will identify and dominate new, high-volume distribution channels, building strategic supply lines that capture demand far beyond the traditional retail shelf.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽 & 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:
We are a rapidly growing food processor. We already have a Lusaka distributor and depot handling the bulk logistics. We don’t need a delivery driver or a desk warmer. We need a closer with their boots on the ground to pull stock out of the warehouse.

𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙩𝙨 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙧𝙨: Open up creative, high-volume, non-traditional reseller networks. We want you to tell us where the hidden volume is.

𝙍𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡 & 𝙒𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙖𝙡𝙚: Secure shelf space and negotiate margins with supermarkets and wholesalers.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲:

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙈𝘾𝙂 𝘽𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙: 3–5 years pushing product in the Zambian FMCG market. You know the difference between taking an order and developing a market.

𝙏𝙚𝙘𝙝-𝙎𝙖𝙫𝙫𝙮 & 𝘼𝙡𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙊𝙣𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚: You live in the field but report in the cloud. You must be highly comfortable using mobile CRM tools, managing your pipeline digitally, and communicating in real-time. No paperwork delays.

𝙈𝙤𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮: This is a 100% boots-on-the-ground role. We provide a structured monthly transport and route allowance. Whether you use your own vehicle, Yango, or hustle through the city’s transit networks, the logistics are up to you. You must be able to move fast, execute rapid cash drops, and activate accounts across Lusaka without logistical excuses.

𝙎𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙘𝙩 𝘾𝙖𝙨𝙝 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚: You know how to close a cash or mobile money deal. We do not dump stock on credit. Commission is paid strictly on cash collected.
