Those asking on how to grow ginger , this is my simple teaching . You break the parts, You keep it At least 5 days indoor or moderate sun temperature, to allow the cut sides to dry a bit ,you can plant or wait for it to form the eyes Then plant, make fallows or ridges, plant 20cm apart per plant as shown in the picture, you can plant early June ,July August and October those irrigating. November and December rain season . Harvest after 8months or so. In a 50by50 land ,seed,500kg+.
