Let's talk about diabetes!

Imagine your body is a car 🚗, and food is the gasoline ⛽️. When you eat, the gasoline (glucose) goes into your tank (bloodstream).

Insulin is like the fuel pump ⛽️ that helps get the gasoline into the engine (cells) so your car (body organs) can move! 🚗💨

For people with diabetes, the fuel pump (insulin) doesn't work properly, or there's not enough fuel pump 🔄. So, the gasoline (glucose) builds up in the tank (bloodstream), causing problems! 🚨

But don't worry! With a little help from medicine, healthy food 🥗, and exercise 🏋️‍♀️, people with diabetes can keep their car running smoothly! 🚗💨

So, let's be kind to our bodies and fuel them with the right stuff! 💚
